1. Purpose and scope
CITYHELP CLUB provides commercial digital business preparation only within an individually confirmed written scope.
2. No regulated representation
Legal, tax, accounting, immigration and other regulated work remains separate and is handled by independent qualified providers when required.
3. No guarantees
No visa, residence, work, client volume, turnover, financing, approval, market success or profit is promised.
4. Ownership and third-party costs
Domain rights, platform licences, renewals, advertising spend, taxes, official fees and external services must be documented separately.
5. Applications and payments
CITYHELP CLUB does not use automatic online checkout or card payments at this stage. The client first submits an enquiry. After the package, scope, timeline and additional services are confirmed in writing, an offer, a contract where necessary and an invoice are issued. Payment is made by bank transfer against the invoice. Work starts after the agreed advance or full payment.
