1. Refunds & Withdrawal

2. Cancellation rules
An enquiry may be withdrawn before written acceptance and payment. After acceptance or commencement, cancellation is handled under the signed offer or contract, the completed work, committed third-party costs and mandatory consumer rights. A future checkout must require explicit acceptance of this policy before payment.
3. Refund and dispute procedure
Send a written request with the invoice or order reference to the public contact. Eligibility and amount are assessed under the signed scope and mandatory law. Current bank-transfer refunds use a traceable bank route. If Stripe is activated, card refunds use the original Stripe payment route; refunds and disputes require controlled review, ledger records and reconciliation.
4. Returns and exchanges
CITYHELP CLUB supplies bespoke digital and professional services, not physical goods. Standard shipping, exchange and physical-product return rules therefore do not apply. Corrections, acceptance and handover of digital deliverables follow the written scope. Any future physical product would require separate terms before sale.
