2. Current payment process
Currently available: written enquiry, confirmed scope, offer or contract when required, invoice and bank transfer.
3. Payment-provider strategy — not active
Phase 1 is a prepared Stripe Hosted Checkout integration for Visa, Mastercard and supported digital wallets. Phase 2 is a future separate PayPal integration. Phase 3 is a possible BORICA virtual POS after an agreement with Postbank. Stripe checkout, PayPal and BORICA are not active, and no card data is collected by this website.
4. Prices, currency and fees
Package prices are displayed in EUR. The final amount, currency, applicable taxes or fees, third-party costs and payment instructions are confirmed in the written offer and invoice before payment.
5. Service provision and delivery
Services and digital deliverables begin after the agreed advance or full payment and are supplied according to the written scope, milestones and handover method.
6. Order review before payment
A fixed-price package may use a server-controlled product catalog only after checkout is activated. Any package priced “from” or as a custom proposal may receive a payment order only after a final written offer is approved and locked. Before payment, the customer must see and expressly accept the service summary, final amount, currency, merchant details and Cancellation Policy.
7. Payment security and confirmation
The website does not collect or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Stripe Hosted Checkout may be activated only after isolated backend, database and signed-webhook tests and final owner approval. Payment status must come from a verified, idempotently processed server webhook, never from a browser success page.
